Terms and Conditions

How do I stop my membership plan, return a product, or have a product replaced or repaired via warranty?

In order to successfully process a return for a refund, or exercise a warranty exchange, or end or pause a membership plan, you must contact us and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can request an RMA number by emailingFaceMaster@slccompanies.com or calling 1-800-770-2521. Please include your FaceMaster Order Number so that we can verify your purchase.

We do not refund shipping or handling charges nor are we responsible for return postage. We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from FaceMaster.com. We process refunds only once products are returned.

Should you need to contact us regarding the status of a return or exchange for which you've already been issued an RMA number, please email FaceMaster@slccompanies.com or call 1-800-770-2521.
